Columbus Public Health and the Franklin County PublicHealth both charge a $10 administration fee for each immunization plus a $15 nurse assessment fee per visit for children.
However, no child is turned away for inability to pay. Fees for adult immunizations vary, call ahead for prices. Please bring a copy of any previous immunizations given. Both programs provide ongoing support to Project L.O.V.E.
No appointments are needed. Please bring a copy of the child's immunization record.
Columbus Public Health Clinics
The Columbus Public Health Immunization Program provides vaccines to children and adults to reduce the incidence of vaccine preventable diseases. Services are provided at various satellite immunization clinics with some evening and weekend hours. Clinics are on a first come first serve basis so may close sooner than the hours posted if there are many patients waiting.

Franklin County Public Health (FCPH)
FCPH offers child and adult immunizations at 12 different clinic sites throughout Franklin County. FCPH offers the required school immunizations and other vaccines. Clinics are not rescheduled due to holidays.
